🛠️ Tools creation

The game and its various levels rely on many data structures that must be filled correctly to avoid blocking the player's progress. Filling them is long, repetitive, and errors are easy to make, so I participated in the development of a data validation system for the game. This system can also offer corrections and in some cases, it is capable of completing the game data on its own from other data.

Odin validator demonstration

This system uses Odin Validator, a companion of Odin Inspector, which can be executed on any Unity asset, validate it according to our instructions, and gather all errors and warnings in a dedicated panel.

This type of system, experimented on Audit Enigma, convinced of the legitimacy of its generalization to other projects. I was responsible for creating a validation module for the respect of good practices and coding conventions of the studio.
